5. PREORDERS AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS

Manufacturing, carrier, customs, weather, supply-chain, or other unexpected delays may affect fulfillment timelines.

By purchasing a preorder or made-to-order product, you acknowledge and accept the estimated fulfillment period displayed on the applicable product page.

Preorder and made-to-order purchases are also subject to our All Sales Final policy.

6. SHIPPING

Shipping estimates provided on our website are estimates only.

Club Devoted is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, severe weather, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping fees may apply before the order is resent.

Once a shipment is transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking information will be provided when available.

7. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears lost or damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may require photographs, tracking information, packaging photographs, or other documentation before reviewing a claim.

Club Devoted is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier that are subsequently lost, misplaced, or stolen.

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that arrived materially damaged or defective, please contact us promptly so we can review the issue.

Any replacement, store credit, or other resolution offered for an incorrect, damaged, or defective item will be determined by Club Devoted based on the circumstances, except where otherwise required by law.

8. ALL SALES FINAL — NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Club Devoted does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong size.

  • Changing your mind.

  • Fit or sizing preference.

  • Color preference.

  • Ordering the wrong item or variant.

  • No longer wanting the product.

  • Minor differences in color, appearance, or measurements.

  • Sale or discounted purchases.

  • Preorder or made-to-order purchases.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, measurements, colors, estimated fulfillment timelines, and all order details before completing a purchase.

Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Exceptions may be considered if:

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The item arrived materially damaged or defective.

You must contact Club Devoted promptly after delivery and provide requested photographs or documentation for us to review the issue.

Approval of a replacement, credit, or other resolution is at Club Devoted’s discretion, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

By completing a purchase from Club Devoted, you acknowledge and agree that your purchase is final.

Nothing in this policy limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

9. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders begin processing after they are placed.

We do not guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after checkout.

If you contact us before fulfillment, we may attempt to accommodate a change or cancellation, but we are not obligated to do so.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

10. PROMOTIONAL CODES

Discount codes and promotional offers:
